Model Number: GSH25JFT   Brand: GE   Age: 1 - 5 years

GE side by side. The ice maker water fill cup, part# 945431 was hanging on the back wall of the freezer. I think I re-situated it but what is happening is there is not enough water being dispensed and am getting very small cubes. I'm not sure I put it in correctly or there is not enough water being dispensed. Can anyone send me a picture/drawing as to how this goes in please. Thanks for your help.

Gene, I believe I got the issue fixed. I finally was able to attach the water fill cup correxctly I think. I could not see the back of the ice mold tray where a plastic latch on the fill cup slid into. So now, the water is filling into the tray and not everywhere else as it was doing. My wife said she was shaking the ice bin back and forth to loosen the cubes and I believe as a result of that, it dislodged the fill cup somehow. If that wasn't it, I would send you picture. Thanks for your response.
