Ice maker arm getting stuck
Model Number: KTRP22EMSS01 Brand: Kitchen Aid Age: 5 - 10 years
My icemaker motor works and produces ice, however once the ice drops, the arm stays in the "up" position stopping it from making more. A few times per day, I push the arm back down and it continues to drop more ice. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance.
