How do I remove faceplate cover to access the control bracket Do I put a screwdriver in the 2 small slits on under edge of faceplate? Do I push up...down..or twist screwdriver to remove?? I would like to know EXACTLY which way to push to remove... If I crack face plate I understand it can not be ordered as a single item! Only as a unit with other parts and would cost about $200.00 to replace if I break it!!!
