I have a Kenmore side-by-side refrigerator which recently starting making loud popping sounds when the refrigerator door is opened. I assumed it was the plastic cam at the bottom between the hinge and the door. The upper cam does look broken but, could there be any other reason for this sound? I looked for the cam and found the bearing, hinge. Is this the same thing as the cam?

Part Details - FRIGIDAIRE Bearing, hinge, part number: AP2115808

If I wanted to replace both the upper and lower pieces, would I just purchase two of these or are the two pieces different? I appreciate all the help. Thank you in advance.
