Last week-end one of my kid took an ice cream from the freezer and accidentally left the door opened for 2 days. When we came back home later form the out of town trip, the freezer was complwetely defrosted. we moved out and relocated all the foods and sinced then, both the freezer and refrigerator section were not cooling or freezing. i can here the motor still running and air flow seem to exist on the units ventilations ducts inside. please advice for other ways to check the problem. thank you.
