Top portion of the freezer not working
Model Number: Samsung RS2556BB Brand: Samsung Age: 5 - 10 years
The freezer top portion is thawing but below the first shelf everything stays frozen. The freezer temp is staying between 49 and 54. I have done the unplug for 10 min or so. Going to try the power cool/freeze reset next.
Just wondering why this would happen. Why would one portion of the freezer stop working, basically the ice maker and pizza tray along with the top shelf, but the rest stay frozen. I have cleaned the coils in the back of the fridge. Ads By Google Related Models
