symtom - refrigerator not cooling.
investigation found the following:
1. freezer fine-refrigerant circuit ok, condenser and cond. fan ok.
2. damper to ff ok however dc fan not running at full speed, not moving cold air up from evaporator
2.a. temp displays are correct.
3. attempt to enter service test mode - does not work.
4. attempt to enter program mode - does not work.
5. keystrokes only enter display changes for temp. (celsius vs fahrenheit), lights, and door alarm.
6. install new main board - cant enter program mode.
7. no response at all from control touchpad.
