My Kenmore 21 cu. ft. model 106.74252400, ser. # ER4035927 has iced up again. The icing problem occured last about 2 years ago and I oncovered the coils in the freezer compartment and thawed the ice that had covered the freezer floor and dripped down onto the refrigerator shelves. I can thaw it again and get it working but what might be the cause of this icing, we dont store unwraped food and in the past no blockages (except ice) were found.

You can try turning the temperature down inside the freezer. If it's to cold, this can cause the drain to freeze up.
