Troubleshoot the prob first remove the grill at the bottom front of the refridgerator then disconnect the water line at the bottom of the freezer door. make sure you have a container to catch water. Press the flap on the freezer door,if water comes out the water line comming from the bottom of the refridge side then you know your cuircit board on the door is good. Now you know the water line from ground up is frozen. to prove that you can insert a piece of screening spline up the water sprout on the front of the door, If it stops at about two inches it frozen. I found out that the water line was frozen i opened the door turn on my work light on the back of the freezer door THIS HEATS IT UP AND THE FROZEN WATER LINE THAW FASTER .BE CAREFULL AS THIS COULD MELT THE COVER ON THE BACK OF THE DOOR. DO NOT LEAVE THIS STAY FOR THE ENTIRE TIME. If you dont want to do this just unplug the refridgerator open the freezer door for about eight hours and the problem is fixed. Twenty minutes later i hit that button H20 (Water) came gushing out. i hope this works for you. :D
