Default freezer and fridge not cooling compressor warm
Model Number: fpes19tplo   Brand: Frigidaire   Age: More than 10 years   
Appliance Parts from AppliancePartPros.com
Top freezer unit. Both freezer and fridge warm, not cooling. hear hummin noise by compressor and is warm to the touch but not hot. Any suggestions on what is wrong. The seals seem to be tight and have suction. Light working inside fridge and not dimming. Do not hear any clicking noises by compressor area. Would appreciate any help. Thanks

So possibly the relay. I am not a appliance guy. is the relay located next to the compressor in the small electrical box?
