Ice maker leaking

Model Number: 70192000 Brand: Kenmore Age: 5 - 10 years

My ice maker leaks from the front and rear forming puddles of ice. Are there repair kits that are owner serviceable available or must I replace the unit? Is your part # AP3777826 the right replacement unit for this model?
