The ice despenser broke several years ago, we just reach in (the ice maker is working fine). the water despenser quit operating a few days ago. the refrigerator is 20 years old, but still runs great. i'd love to fix it, but need i a place to start. i took off the panel inside the freezor door, looks like a couple of switches that should be activated by something mechanical, but i see nothing that looks like pushing on the outside lever would activate /toggle the switch (for either). maby parts broke off and fell inside the door?? maby the switches are bad?? Where do i start?
