Top refrigerator is acting like a freezer. The electronic controls is on the top door, pressing button controls is not responding. No lights,

Bottom freezer is freezing. Is it the electronic controls, or could it be something else?

You could have a bad thermistor sensor. It is located behind the back wall, inside the refrigerator. You will need to remove the shelves, and the back assembly to get to it. The thermistor sensor code will be 5 on the display. If you have this code, then you will need this part. Also there is a link below to the parts diagram page. Hope this helps. Part number: AP4136842
