Not Cooling
Model Number: ED5HGXKQ00 Brand: Whirlpool Age: 5 - 10 years
The Frig And Freezer Quit Cooling, I Can Hear The Fan And Occasionally A Noise That Sounds Like Its Trying To Start Something And Just Can't. What Can I Check, My Son Says I Need More Coolant>help

Remove fridg back panel and check compressor, if trying to start, remove compressor side cover and check start relay, just pry it off. If it rattles when shaken click on your model # and order a new one. If it seems ok, order a new one anyway. Unplug fridge. till part comes in.
