My Ice Maker is not making ice.

The green light blinks all though I got it to stop blinking but is blinking again.

Also My freezer goes to -20 below zero but not all the time. sometimes its between 0 and 10

I bought a new water inlet valve thinking the water is not getting in th etry but I thought I felt water / ice in there last night. I think maybe one tray of ice kicked out because we have not run out and when I look I see about a try of ice in the bin

I have repalced the water valve and that did not work. I think maybe its the termostat thing in the freezer. Can anyone confirm this could be the problem
