refrigerator is warm 40-50 degrees

Brand: GE Age: 5 - 10 years

Refrigerator is warm, freezer appears to be okay.

Refrigerator is constantly running, is it save to turn the unit off to save electricity for a couple of days until a repair person arrives

post your model number. Sounds like maybe a defrost problem.
