evaporator fan motor niose

Model Number: 106.8740881 Brand: Kenmore Age: More than 10 years

Chirping noise heard from freezer compartment. I am assuming this motor is bad. How do i go about changing this unit, from inside the freezer compartment or the rear of the refridgerator? Thanks for any help!
