Lets test the thermistor first and see if it is working properly. The ohms test for this is as follows. Thermistor Temperature Resistance 77°F..................10,000 ohms 36°F..................29,500 ohms 0°F....................86,300 ohms If the thermistor is reading good, then you will need a diffuser assembly. I will put the part numbers for both on here, as well as a link to the parts diagram. Part number: AP3745265
