I have GE refrigerator model GSS22KGMD WW, which will only dispense crushed ice. I viewed another post with the same problem, with advice to check voltage across a specific solenoid. I was hoping to find a break down for my specific fridge and/or ice maker model. Since I'm new to this site, I was hoping for advice how to fix or where to go to find that information. Thanks for any help you can give..

The solenoid referred to in the other posts is #36 on page 2.
