freezer freeze food for a day and food become soft and freeze again
Model Number: KSSC42MH500 Brand: Kitchen Aid Age: 5 - 10 years
My built in refrigerator, freezer freeze food one day and food become soft again and freeze again. When the freezer food is soft the refrigerator side temperature goes up to. It has been doing this for few weeks now. Every thing is working.

Remove the compressor panel on top of the fridg and tell us if the condenser motor or compressor stop during the failure. Also, make sure the condenser coils are clean.
