refrigerator freezes everything

refrigerator freezes everything even though i've cut off the refrigerator everything still freezes like it's on the freezer side,also the water tank is leaking as well. is it leaking because of the first problem?

Your temperature in the freezer must be below zero with it running all the time. If so, probably a bad temperature control, AP3156211
