my refridgerator started getting warmer and warmer,so i looked in the freezer, and the back wall was totally frosted over. so i took it apart and the evaporator coil was totally iced up.i defrosted it and replaced the defroster heating element.now, after two weeks,it seems to be frosting up again.does this mean the defrost timer is bad too,and how hard is it to change?

The only thing left that controls defrost is the adaptive defrost pc board behind the control panel AP4070403
