This water cooler is a top loader of which I use 5 gallon bottles. It has worked fine for several years until yesterday it began to leak water at the neck of the bottle where the bottle is inserted at the top of the cooler. I am at a loss to solve this problem. I have tried inserting different bottles thinking perhaps a defective bottle or seal but it continues to overflow. Any ideas to try & effect repair would be appreciated.
