Yesterday opened the freezer and noticed things were beginning to thaw out. Frigerator didn't seem as cool as it has been. Up to 2 weeks ago we had to set the Refrigerator to a lower setting as it was freezing fluids on the top shelf. Condensor is clean. Fan is working. Thoughts?

Does the compressor work?

If it does, remove the rear panel inside the freezer and check how the evaporator coils are covered with frost. Post the results.
