Good Morning, My question is . My side by side GE refrigerator water dispenser continuously run when you turn on the water supply. Would the Dual water valve on the back of the Refrigerator be bad or the front circuit board on the front freezer door be the problem. I have replaced the water valve about four years ago. Thank you Paul
