Every 2-3 days the ice will be one solid block with ice all over the freezer due to melting. I've had it serviced twice the first time the replaced the defroster the 2nd time they told me the mother board needed to be replaced. I just purchased the mother board from you and the problem still exists (maybe even worst). What could be causing this issue?
