Kenmore Elite Refrigerator

Model Number: 2216272 Brand: Kenmore Age: 5 - 10 years

My freezer builds up ice on the floor of the Freezer section. When it defrosts, the water freezes before it can exit through the drain. The freezer is too cold....about -20 degrees even though I have reset the temp to 0. What can I do?
