I'm sure that some part of my defrost system is not working properly. I have manually defrosted the bottom freezer several times now and would like to get the problem fixed. I haven't been able to find a parts list of my exact model #. How do I know which part(s) needs replaced? Could you please walk me through locating and testing the part(s)?
