Here are your parts
Replacement parts for KENMORE 10652572202 | AppliancePartsPros.com

Need a better description of what you mean by not working.

Is the compressor running?
Is the condenser fan running?
Is the evaporator fan running?
Are you getting any cooling at all in the freezer?
Do the interior lights come on?
What have you done if anything to troubleshoot the problem.

The lights turn on and so does the fan on the bottom. Compressor is warm but I don't know if it is running or not; how do I know if it is? The coil at the bottom was very dusty but I cleaned it all out. In the freezer, I can hear the fan blowing but the freezer is not cooling at all. Interior lights are on. I cleaned the bottom, the coils, emptied the freezer. And in the freezer, there is metal cover in the very back; I didn't take it out because I don't know what's behind it.

Usually you can hear the compressor running and feel it vibrating.

Remove the cover at the back of the freezer and you will see the evaporator coil and the defrost element and it's thermostat.

If the evaporator coils are heavily iced/frosted over you have a defrost problem.

If there is no frost or just frost in one area you have a sealed system problem.
The compressor could be bad, there could be a plug in the system or you are oot of or low on freon.
In all the above it will be an expensive repair with no real guarantee that it can be fixed. Usually it makes more sense to invest those dollars into a new unit.

Here's hoping you see lots of frost and ice !!!

Hi; I opened the cover in the very back. There is no ice build up at all on the entire coil. The fan is working above the coil. It is possible for the compressor to be bad. is the compressor the copper line?
I'll post some pictures too.

If you are sure that the compressor is running and it sounds like it is.
And the unit has run continuously for a couple hours (re: no defrost cycle).
Then it looks like you have a sealed system problem.

Either the compressor is toast, there is a plug in the system or you rae out of freon.

In all the above the repair will be expensive as you need a pro and there may not be any guarantee that the unit will be fixed long term.
So it usually makes more sense to put those dollars into a new unit.

You are welcome.

Your problem demonstrates how important it is to determine if the compressor is actually running or not.

And thanks for getting back to us. Now when others search for a similar problem they will see what actually worked instead of just suggestions about what could be the cause.
