Ok my ice maker stops making ice after a few cycles. I noticed that the water pump runs, but the tank is empty. I ran a cycle and I checked it constantly to see what was happening. I noticed that once the slab of ice is released it falls on the wire grid. The ice is cut very slow, so that when the next slab is released the old one is still half way cut. The pump then runs the water over the old slab, and it falls into the bin and not the tank. I have voltage on the connector of 9.6 volts ac. Is this the correct voltage? I don't see what can go wrong with the wire assembly. They are slightly warm to the touch when running. Help
