GE Profile Arctica - When I press the water or ice buttons, the selection almost immediately jumps to and stays on crushed ice. Any ideas or suggestions are appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks. Mine is acting similar, sometime crushed, sometime cubed and sometime nothing but a dim light. I have read several blogs and just ordered the mother board. It seems that the 13 volt power supply breaks down over time and starts causing these problems. hope it works. good luck to you. R
