Bought used, but when plugged in light goes on but frig won't run?Need Help No Model #. Was Warn Off. Could it be one of the relays?

A model number may help others help you.
I am assuming both fans and the compressor do not run. You may be in a defrost cycle which will take about 30 minutes to complete. |

Yes being outside could be the problem. The unit is not going to start up (compressor) if it is already at set point temperatures.
Without a model number I cannot tell if the condenser and evaporator fan should run with the compressor off. |
