:( Good Day
The freezer drain line does not appeared to be plugged, the water on the defrost
cycle appears to be draining fine, however the water follows the outside of the line onto my hardwood floor(which is now toast under the fridge). Where can I locate the drain hose? I would hope through the freezer compartment.
Thanks Wade

Pull the freezer back panel and check the drain, should be frozen over.
If so, I use a turkey baster to put boiling water around the drain area to thaw it out. Make sure the drain works well when thawed.

Good Day!!
I removed the cover, and found that the collector tray was not position properly over the drain hose which caused the water to drain past the hose and onto my floor. So much for quality control:(
