I have a GE refrigerator which stopped dispensing water about a week ago. The refrigerator is making and dispensing ice. I've also noticed that when the water dispenser is activated, I hear the motor turning on/off.

Here's what I've done to try and determine the problem: a) I've replaced the water filter; b) I've checked the water line behind the pull out drawer to see if it was frozen and it's not; c) finally, I've disconnected the water line from the connector beneath the freezer to see if water would flow once the dispenser was activated and it did not. Appreciate any advice regarding my problem!!!
