Ice maker does not fill with water. Tube is clear, solinode opens and closes, infrered sensor tests OK. I assume this leaves only the control board (part #2252183). Is there anything else I should try?

Based on your post, The control you need is the emitter board kit, It could "test" Ok, and still not send the voltage up to the icemaker control head. Part number: AP3137510
