not dispensing water

My side by side has all of a sudden stopped dispensing water through the door. The Icemaker continues to work fine and dipenses ice like a champ. This started probably 1-2 months after replacing filter. any helpwould be apprciated.

Did the dispenser light dim and/or flicker while you push the water dispenser lever?
