Frig and freezer are not getting cold. The light works when you open the door, which is the only sign that its plugged in. My coils are not frozen. Ive cleaned the dust off the other coils and adjusted the temp settings and no change. There is no life out of the fan or compressor. Dont know where to start.:( . PLEASE HELP!

Locate the defrost timer (#23 on the diagram) and using a flat screwdriver turn the shaft about half turn. If the refrigerator will start, replace the defrost timer. If it would not start, locate the temperature control (#21). Remove the wires from the temperature control and check for continuity between its terminals while the temperature control is in on position. If there is no continuity, replace the temperature control. Otherwise post the results. - The defrost timer Part number: AP2111929

GENE, Sorry for the delay, things are crazy. First and foremost, thank you for your help in this matter. I turned the shaft on the defrost timer and my frig came back to life. I found a place in town that sales the parts and had one in stock, so it is back to normal. For us "Jack of all trades" that aren't scared to tear things apart but don't know where to start, I thank you! Sharing some of the knowledge, that puts food on the table, for free is saintly. Again I thank you for your help in saving me lots of money that I just don't have right now.

You are welcome. I'm glad you were able to fix it.
Thank you for your good words.
Gene.
