Our water dispenser is not working but the ice dispenser does. I had the water inlet valve checked and the water disperser side is working. I was adviced that it could be the water dispenser control panel that's not working. I need to open the water dispenser front panel but I couldn't figure out how without breaking it. Can you help me? thanks

How old is the water filter? If it's more than a year old then it can be the cause of the problem.

The disassembly instructions are attached to the reply.

- The water filter Part number: AP3182816
Part number: AP3182816

Water filter is less than a yr old. If water filter is the problem then there won't be any water in the ice maker, am I right?

How do you do step no. 3 "Unsnap front cover at bottom of the housing"
Thanks
