Neither side of my side by side are getting cold. System running. I have replaced capacitor and starter relay. I have ohmd out my defrost heaters and they are fine I have advanced my defrost timer till it turns off. and then rotated till it comes on. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks:confused:

By "System running" I am assuming that the compressor is running.

Remove the cover in the freezer so you can see the coils.
Note: The unit has to be running for several hours without a defrost cycle.

If the coils are clogged with frost/ice, it is probably a defrost problem.
But by the sound of it you are getting very little if any cooling so I doubt this is your problem.

If the coils have no frost or just frost in one area then you have a sealed system problem.
This will be an expensive repair with no guarantee that it will fix the unit long term.
Often it makes more sense to invest the dollars into a new unit.
