Ice Maker Shut-off Arm Installation
Model Number: KSRS22QAWH00 Brand: Kitchen Aid Age: More than 10 years
I just received a replacement ice-maker shut-off arm from your company and I am unable to install it. When I attempt to put it in what appears to be the appropriate place it just falls out again or hangs loosely without doing anything (I put it in place and left it there for 3 days).
