I have a GE frigde that won't cool down, both freezer is set at 0 degrees and it only shows 36, also fridge is set at 37 but it only gets cold down to 48 F, i have no idea what to check for, can you please help me?.

Look in the back of the freezer for heavy frost or ice build up.

I have a side by side GE fridge and both sides , the freezer and refrigerator are to warm, first the freezer was at 36 F now is up to 66 F, same as the fridge is at 66 F, where can I check to find out what is wrong?
