Our icemaker makes a horrible grinding noise when we attempt to dispense either cubed or crushed ice. At first it was only for crushed; now it happens for either crushed or cubed. We emptied the ice container and cleaned and dried it. No difference. Sometimes, if there are only a few cubes in the container, it will dispense cubes. It continues to make ice O.K. Any ideas on what might be wrong and how to fix it?
