I have the exact same issue posted here:

I assumed as the original poster did that it was the motor that had a problem. Part AP4339505

The original poster replaced theirs and found that it actually required Part AP2071638 (a control board).

My question - is there any way to troubleshoot this before ordering both parts to determine which the problem part actually is?
