I have the exact same issue posted here: http://forum.appliancepartspros...spenser-not-working.htmlI assumed as the original poster did that it was the motor that had a problem. Part AP4339505The original poster replaced theirs and found that it actually required Part AP2071638 (a control board). My question - is there any way to troubleshoot this before ordering both parts to determine which the problem part actually is? Thanks! Andy
