Question FF temperature control
Model Number: ZISS480DMAS   Brand: GE   Age: 5 - 10 years   

The temp. control from fresh food can be set right. Ex. temp. is select at 37*f, but unit do not stop till go down in the lower 20's. Also if I want the shut down the unit, the touch pad not respond. Any good advice of what look for?
