I spent 15 minutes writing a message and it refuses to post it even though I registered and it shows me as logged in. What is the problem?

My Ge refrigerator water dispenser stopped working. The ice maker works fine.
I opened the plate att he back bottom of the refrig and checked the water valve at the back of the refrigerator and water comes out of the blue solenoid when i press the dispense flap on the door.

I then reconnected the line to the blue solenoid and took the grill off the bottom front of the refrig. I found a line that goes into the freezer door at the bottom hinge- looks like the water line. I disconnected the line at the quick connect fitting at the bottom of the door - no water comes out of this line when i press the dispense flap.

Then i went to the back and disconnected the line from the blue solenoid. then i went back to the front of the refrig and blew into the end of the line i previously disconnected there - but nothing came out of this line at the back of the refrig.

So- is there something else to look for? help please.
