There is a small white plastic srew on the left side of this icemaker...what does it do...?cube size?

The screw is for "you guessed it"!! Ice cube size, but it will only adjust so far. the icemaker is on a time fill so by adjusting the screw counterclockwise you increase the amount of time the water goes in. The proper amount of water is 2/3 cup but a person can get by with a 1/2 cup 1/2 turn = 20cc or 1.2 sec full turn = 40cc or 2.4 sec max adj is one full turn either direction
