I have a Frigidaire Professional Series refrigerator (side by side), Model PLHS67EGSB1. It's 4 years old, and recently it has started to act up. According to the manual, it is alarming "Low Voltage" every couple of weeks or so. The cooling power actually turns off after a while, and I have to shut off the power to the refrigerator for a couple of minutes (using the breaker box in our condo) and "rebooting" it. Then it's good for another couple of weeks. How do I fix this problem?

Sounds like the problem is a bad control board (#23 on the diagram).

- The control board Part number: AP3966008
Part number: AP3966008

Here are the breakdown diagrams and Replacement parts for FRIGIDAIRE PLHS67EGSB1 Frigidaire/refrigerator | AppliancePartsPros.com

It is a good idea to use a surge protector for this refrigerator.

Gene.
P.S. Make sure the house voltage is within 10% range of 115 volts.
