Do you hear the motor turning when you select ice?

Could be a bad switch. Try this: Remove the ice bin. Leave the door open and with one hand, close the door switch. With the other hand, activate the dispenser lever or button. See if the yoke at the back wall rotates. Select Crushed Ice and try the dispenser again. What do you observe?
