Our icemaker is not making ice on our refigerator. It is only 3 years old. :(

The door water works fine. I removed the filter and installed the bypass plug and no ice. The temperature is 10 degrees. I applied power from the door switch to the icemaker fill valve and activated the door switch and water came out the icemaker tube fine.

The green light on the icemaker flashes. If I turn it off and then back on it will stay green but then later will start flashing again.

I usually buy repair manuals for appliances or cars when I need to work on them but GE said that they do not sell these.

Can someone tell me where I might find a service manual that I can use to troubleshoot my fridge? Or tell me what troubleshooting steps I need to do? Thanks for any help.
