GE Refrigerator is warm freezer is cold !!
Model Number: PCF25PGTA BB Brand: GE Age: 1 - 5 years
 Help please... GE Artica side by side Refrigerator is 14 months old and has failed. I love GE...not. Current state: Freezer is holding about 0 degrees with refrigerator going no lower than 56 degrees. I have checked for blockages under the refrigerator, no problems there, I have un-plugged the unit...waited a minute or so and pluged back in. When listening carfully at the bottom of the unit I can hear some sort of motor running...fan? I assume the refrigeration compressor and such are ok since the freezer is cold bus suspect some sort of failure in the control system for the refrigerator side. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
